נחלת בנימין 10 תל אביב
5 Floors | 19 Apartments | Status: Occupied since 2017 | Project Type: Preservation | Architect: Amnon Bar-Or
In the Heart of a Historic and Vibrant Neighborhood amidst a lively historic district filled with artisan shops, cafés, and a bustling nightlife, a stunning and architecturally striking preservation project—The Yellow Building—was constructed on the Nahalat Binyamin pedestrian street.

Project History
The original building was designed by architect Y.C. Tabachnik in 1921. In the new building, new apartments were constructed "within" the space created by demolishing the old structure, and between the original facades and ceiling sections that were preserved through complex and unique preservation work.
