A family-owned construction and development company founded in 1969 by the renowned contractor Yehoshua Ben Shalom. Today, the company is jointly managed by his two sons, Eli and Itamar.
The company has been operating and building across the country for over 50 years, specializing in three main areas: initiating new projects, with a focus on urban renewal projects (TAMA 38 and demolition-reconstruction), construction and execution of complex projects, and a special expertise in preserving historic buildings in Tel Aviv.
