The park is life-changing—calming, encouraging every family member to exercise, go for walks, and ride bikes. The location is fantastic! The street runs parallel to the park in its best part, it's on a corner with park views, one-way and quiet, close to the neighborhood grocery store, playgrounds, schools, Dekel Country Club, the new Likiz studio, and more. You can walk to the beach without crossing a street, and it's close to main roads like Namir and Ayalon. The schools perfectly match the neighborhood’s population—they're the best you can find. At 22 Knesset HaGdola Street, in the heart of Bavli, a rare encounter emerges between meticulous design, natural light, and a vivid, genuine connection to Yarkon Park in all its splendor..

In the north-facing corner, overlooking the park, a residence was crafted to live in harmony with its surroundings—and to elevate them. The main space opens up to soft northern light, the kind that accompanies the day with a quiet presence, needing no blinds..
The transition between indoors and outdoors happens almost effortlessly: wide doors lead to a continuous balcony that feels like a natural extension of the home..

From the balcony, one ascends to a private rooftop—a full level featuring a pool, jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen, entertaining areas, and an open view of the Yarkon..

I chose materials that engage the senses as much as they appeal to the eye: natural wood that brings warmth, dark metal that conveys strength, soft lighting that gently embraces the space, and living greenery that harmonizes with the landscape. In my view, this is how the penthouse becomes a complete experience—a precise translation of how I believe relaxed living should feel in the heart of Tel Aviv, facing Yarkon Park.
