For years, there was talk among us in the building about Tama 38 until the bulldozer arrived on site. Thankfully, a contract was signed with a company that feels like family. They focus on safety, residents' welfare, professionalism, community, and tolerance.

Contractor Eli Ben Shalom did a renovation job for us using "Ezra u'Batzaron." From the start of the renovation, the work proceeded continuously, swiftly, and within the planned timeline. The work was done at a very high quality and to our satisfaction.
Eli maintained positive communication with the homeowners. He coordinated with us every change requested on-site and even added actions on his own initiative to improve the final result.
