The building serves as a gateway to the Neve Sha'anan neighborhood. Its architectural features are characteristic
of the International Style – ship-like balconies, and the vertical "thermometer window."

Providing solutions to conceal the air conditioning units without compromising the building’s façades. Precisely matching the mosaic in the stairwell to the original.
