Some homes begin with an idea — and some penthouses bring that idea to life, fully and in every detail. The Shapir Penthouse was conceived as a three-level space, where each floor expresses a distinct layer of living: movement, presence, and elevation. The top floor was designed as a space of surrender to the sky: a private, open rooftop with a pool overlooking the urban horizon of Tel Aviv. The middle floor was built as a generous living and hosting area, filled with light and air — calm, yet perfectly balanced. The materials express themselves through soft lines, warm mineral tones, and textures that capture light. The lower floor is intimate and introspective — a private space that invites rest and tranquility. Together, the three levels form not just a living environment, but a personal journey — an emotional path that flows between the feeling of being “on top of the world,” the vibrant rhythm of Tel Aviv and the art of hospitality, and finally, the retreat into the quiet heart of home.

In this design, I sought depth— I wanted to create a living experience where each floor has its own identity, rhythm, and atmosphere, without compromising the harmony that connects them..
