The building was built in the mid-1930s in Tel Nordau, in a fashionable international style. It was designed by the architect Ze’ev Heler, who was well known at the time for his international styled designs. The structure has original attributes worth preserving e.g., rounded balconies, a unique Terrazzo staircase, a contrast of different volumes which create a smooth transition from the front to the foyer, and much more.
We carried out a complete preservation of the structure, added two extra floors which blend in with the existing building style.
