A unique project in the southern part of the Kiryat Shalom neighborhood, near the revitalized Grove Park, close to schools, kindergartens, and major transportation routes including the Green Line and Gittit Station. Its proximity to Tel Aviv’s city center makes Kiryat Shalom a sought-after neighborhood among young families. As part of the project, two buildings underwent reinforcement and additions.
